ClearSite Systems was founded by Austin D. Paparella, an entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning multiple industries and business models.

Austin's journey includes launching and scaling businesses in ecommerce, product sales and distribution, and real estate holdings. He's built companies from the ground up, navigated the challenges of startup innovation, and learned what it takes to establish a market presence in competitive spaces.

One of his most formative experiences came from working inside the commercial roofing industry — helping found, launch, and grow a company from scratch. That hands-on experience taught him the importance of strategic positioning, relationship-building, and being known before opportunities become competitive.
